Villa Leander is a unique property with the most magical sea views right down the southeast coast of the island and just a short stroll to the nearest beach. It has been in the same family for four generations and recently undergone a huge restoration program, resulting in a first-class desirable residence with high-quality fixtures and fittings including central air conditioning in all rooms, a private swimming pool with hydro-massage and a small gym with a massage table. An eco-friendly philosophy has been adopted which includes all beds and bedding is provided by Coco-Mat (an internationally known company that uses only natural materials in its products) so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms plus a family bathroom and accommodates 8 guests, there is an option for 1 extra guest (at a supplement) as a sofa bed is available in the second bedroom. The interior is immaculately furnished throughout and glass doors give access to the outside terraces creating bright and airy spaces. The kitchen is fully fitted with units and integrated appliances (electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) and the comfortable sitting room has a corner sofa and contemporary dining table seating 8, plus a Grand Piano, log fireplace, Plasma TV (satellite with a selection of British and European channels), CD and DVD player. The garden is private and secluded with a lawn area and terraces for outside dining, chilling out and sunbathing with the added bonus of the infinity pool to cool off in.
