The Space:
With a king-sized bed in the master and futon sleeper couch located in the main living area, this is a great choice for up to groups of 4 plus a pup who wish to be right on the beach and steps away from the surf!

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Don't leave your furry friend behind! This unit is dog-friendly, ensuring that your four-legged family member can join in on the beachfront fun. 1 well-behaved dog considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay.

Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. 979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
