Welcome to Hare 10! Updated single level, dog friendly house near the heart of Sunriver. Rooms are perfect for a small family or couples and the new furnace/AC will keep you comfortable. The Village is a quick 5-minute walk and itโs less than 10 to SHARC โ 6 SHARC passes are included with the house. The Village is where you will find local shops, restaurants, coffee, and the grocery store.

Living Room: Queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, electric fireplace with remote, 65โ UHD 4K TV with most apps and basic cable. Settle into the comfy oversize chairs great for reading a book or kicking back after a busy day of play.
Dining Room: Standard height six-person dining table and 2 bar stools for counter service. Server is stocked with a variety of wine and cocktail glasses
Kitchen: Remodeled with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, baking, BBQ or take-out. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze.

Outdoors: Large sitting deck in the back. Umbrella table with chairs and a new propane grill.
Parking: The U-shaped driveway can fit up to four cars. The single car garage is stocked with assorted sized bikes and space to store your other small recreation equipment. Please bring helmets as needed.
