This unit offers a very large private balcony with open bay views to watch the sunsets, wildlife and boats. The building also has a bayfront pool, elevator, 2 parking spots and is only 3 blocks with crosswalks to the beach & boardwalk. Crab Cove on the Bay is nestled in a quaint area surrounded by the fishing pier, baseball/soccer fields, basketball court, playground and skateboard! Near plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and two food markets each 1 block away. There is a fully equipped updated kitchen. The master has king bed and the 2nd bedroom has one queen bed. There is a pull out sofa bed with a full/double bed. Each bedroom and the family room have flat screen TV's and high speed WiFi. There is plenty of seating on the enormous comfy sofa.
