Perfectly located in Abdoun, near the American Embassy. This apartment has it all; location, luxury, safety, and entertainment. Open-floor, with a cozy living room that leads to a balcony with a lovely view of the pools where you can relax and enjoy. Next to the living room is a compact kitchen island countertop with an electric stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one without, both bedrooms have closet space and areas to work and apply makeup.
Single-floor apartment that meets all your needs, the rooms are big enough to house two people each and the kitchen has everything to prepare a meal. The living room comes with TV that has premium cable, allowing you to access multiple channels. Everything is cleaned and set-up before you arrive so cleanliness is ensured, as well as everything having been tested to fully work and appear as they were in the images.
You'll be able to fully access the apartment and have it to yourself, if you plan on driving you will be provided with access to the free garage located below the building. You can access the general compound in which the apartment is located for free and use any of the three pools that are available, so long as you abide by the compound rules. Street parking/drop-off is also available outside the main entrance to the compound, which you'll be enter through when we provide you with the required key fob.
Located inside a gated community, general area surrounded by embassies ensuring safe environment, but there is still close promixity to central Amman. Name of compound is Abdoun Falls Compound D5 (D5 is the building number, multiple others in proximity)
Parking is free and easy-to-access, but there also a walk-in entrance (requires key fob that will be provided) if you don't plan on driving. Walk-in entrance takes you through the pools to the building where the apartment is. (Instructions on direct path can be provided upon request). There is also a back entrance that requires a security code to enter through.
