A very large wrap around trex deck compliments the special location of the property. There are 2 primary suites, the third bedroom as a queen bed and the fourth bedroom consists of 2 twins. There is a designated office with 2 monitors and a single twin bed for overflow. The ground level attaches to an oversized 2 car garage, a large entry hall with plenty of room for coats and gear. One primary suite with a king bed is located on this level. Upstairs the main floor has an expansive living area, designated laundry room, access to the large wrap around deck, and a cozy wood burning fireplace. A full bathroom is also on this floor. The main primary suite also with a king bed is located on the upper level. The third bedroom is a queen bedroom and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The queen bedroom and the twins share a full bathroom in the hallway. The upper level is also where the office is located with an extra twin.
The Vail Golf Course Clubhouse, Nordic Center , and Grill on the Gore restaurant are conveniently located directly across the street. Vail mountain and the Village are half a mile away. All that Vail has to offer is literally right outside your doorstep!
