Positive: AnneMarie was a wonderful helpful, accommodating but unobtrusive host - living next door and extremely responsive to any questions. The apartment is exactly like the photos - fitting our family of four perfectly. We were here to visit family in Medina and ended up extending our stay to three weeks. AnneMarie's kindness was extremely appreciated and it was great to have space for us to relax, cook, do washing and work while we were there. The weather was awful for the first 10 days but effective a/c doubled as heaters and fantastic warm bedding made up for the cold. The apartment is perfectly placed for walking around the centre of town and parking, just 5 mins walk away was easy - especially since parking around the town is usually a nightmare! This was a perfect stay for us as we completed family business and we'd like to thank AnneMarie and Fokke for their welcome!

Negative: Nothing! I know Medina very well and this was the perfect sympathetically modernised accommodation in the heart of a charming town. My only suggestion would be to include a cheese grater!!

Summary: Wonderful, modern but traditional apartment in superb position
