Positive: Clean modern and well maintained. Great views. Plenty of room to sit outside both in the sun and in the shade. Car parked in the driveway so off the road. Bathrooms are a great size and very clean.

Negative: The kitchen equipment and crockery is a little odd. We were not sure why anyone would need 12 egg cups but not need some dishes to cook things in the oven. I think this needs sorting out. A basic welcome pack of milk, oil, etc would be useful if arriving by plane so that the need to shop on the day of arrival would be unnecessary. The house information could be more detailed and perhaps include local maps, leaflets and the like. I completely missed the Wifi information because it wasn't in bold print where I would expect it to be (my fault). Not sure why a gas barbecue needs charcoal lighters and matches!
