Positive: The hosts are truly amazing. We received some welcome gifts and they even ordered a pizza for us since we had a very late arrival. When we had issues with the property they were fast to respond and to arrive in order to help us. The outside of the property is outstanding, with beautiful views of the mountains and ocean. The SPA section was lovely.
Negative: The sink and fridge were leaking water which created some dangerous slippery situations for our 80+ year old grandma. We visited in mid May and the house could use some heating for this period as it was too cool inside. Other small things could be improved, like better knives, new beds/sheets and a new showerhead. Our biggest minus is that the owners keep a dog in a garden in front of the house. The puppy spends a lot of the time crying in the sun without any activation, except once a day when the owner comes by for a couple of hours. It's just a very different way of having pets than what we are used to.
