Around the house, a beautiful veranda shelters a summer living room as well as a large dining table. The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and calm setting.
In all seasons, you will also have an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas hob, a sink, a barbecue and access to a second covered terrace with a beautiful dining table.
The 1000m² garden is not overlooked. The villa is fenced and closed by a gate.
