Villa Carolina is a wonderful single villa, located in portese, 15 min walk from the center of San Felice, 5 min walk from the port of Portese, where you can access the ferry boat service, which will take you to all the places of Lake Garda and 10 minutes drive from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.
The accommodation is composed as follows: entrance hall, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms with twin beds and bathroom with shower. Both the master bedroom and the living room have windows overlooking the garden and allow you to appreciate the wonderful view of Lake. From Villa Carolina you can see gardone Riviera and all the opposite side of the Lake.
The wonderful single villa has a garden, fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
We also have a private parking inside the property but not covered.
The wonderful apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relax.
The accommodation is available both in summer, we have air conditioning, and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.

San Felice was built on a headland on Lake Garda, in the municipality of San felice del Benaco. It is divided in 3 ancient parts: S.Felice, Portese and Cisano.
SAN FELICE HISTORICAL CENTER
The country of St. Felice, preserve in the historical centre the rests of the ancient Castle, the Building Rotingo, built in the XVII century, now centre of the Town hall.
The walk through the centre makes us discover the ex-Mountain Pity of St. Felice, an elegant construction type Venetian, with a with a porch with five arches with square pillars of rusticated stones, The magnificent palace was therefore the seat of the local authority for more than three hundred years until, in 1993,when the seat of the Town Hall was moved to the Rotingo Palace. Now it’s the centre of the Office Information and of a Room of exhibition that entertains lots of shows of contemporary artists.
Parish Church:
Dedicated to the patron saints of the country Saints Felice, Saint Adauto and S.Flavia, whose, the Church house has a valuable Altar painted by the Romanesque
The Baroque Main Church, devoted to the Martyrs S Felice S. Adauto and S.Flavia, is located in the centre of the suburb and it contains valuable works of art, like the Altarpiece of the Romanino, which preserves relics of the Martyrs, for this it is worth a visit.
Just out of the historical centre of St. Felice of the Benaco there is The Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine in San Felice on Lake Garda, dating back to the fifteenth century, is in the simple rustic shape characteristic of the last stage of Lombard Gothic architecture, strongly linked to the Romanesque tradition.
The tradition, perhaps mixed with the legend, tells that it was the local fishermen who, with the construction of the church, expressed their gratitude to the Virgin for having so many times saved them from the sudden storms that erupt on the lake and to beg, also for the future, help and protection.
PORTESE
Not to be missed in Portese, near San Felice, its Port and the adjacent beach.

CISANO
