vegetation of Gargano and it`s in a privileged position. From the big terrace,you can enjoy an extraordinary view and get a tan on the beach beds.
The porch is partly covered and furnished as an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a beautiful view. Moreover, you can easily arrive at the beach of the Procinisco bay by using the staircase. The villa is also equipped with outdoor shower and laundry room.
Villa D`Aria is on two floors. On the lower floor there is the living room with sofa bed, the kitchen and the full bathroom with two sinks. The inner staircase takes to the upper floor, that consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with bunk bed and another full bathroom.
