Indoor facilities
Modern floors, white and grey elephant walls, and pieces of wood for the exterior design: the materials are simple with pure lines, and the whole design of Villa Estel is modern and comfortable concerning the beauty of the surroundings. The central building welcomes an open-plan living room, an adjacent dining room, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room is connected to the pool area, and a big corner sofa is there to host you any time of the day. Be sure that you will find all the appliances that you will need during your stay in Villa Estel. A living room with a satellite smart TV, a fireplace, and a big sofa right next to the dining area. The dining room is simple and practical as it is close to the kitchen. On this floor also you will find a WC. In the attic, the third bedroom is found with a double-size bed (1.60*2.00), a Smart TV with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Outdoor facilities
Outdoor space with a Barbeque area and a dining table for 6 guests protected under a pergola for more relaxing moments for you and your loved ones. It has a beautiful yard around the pool where you can find a solarium -siesta corner. A swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for kids are offered right in front of the villa. Sunbeds surround the pool offering you moments of relaxation and letting you enjoy the Greek sun with a refreshing cocktail and some fresh fruits.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
