Villa Geranium is located between west and south in the highlands. By taking the height you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and the city of Saint-leu.
You will be 10 minutes by car from the 4 lanes (routes des Tamarins) in a small Creole village.
The house offers beautiful benefits, such as its area of 120 square meters and which allows to enjoy several spaces.
The house was completely redone in 2022/2023.
The kitchen is open plan, overlooking the dining room with a table for 10 people. It is fully equipped with quality appliances such as (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender...) the dishes are complete (flat plates, crucibles and desserts) glasses also (water, wine, and champagne) oven dishes. The kitchen is convenient to prepare food and be at the same time with the rest of its guests.
The living room is cozy, with flat screen TV, coffee table and sofa.
Night side, on the ground floor you can access 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs (secured by a child security gate) there are 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed on the mezzanine and a bathroom.
All rooms are equipped in the same way with a table and a bedside lamp on each side of the bed, shutter and curtains, dressing room and air conditioning.
Outside, the main terrace offers a magnificent view of the ocean with a dining table, a jacuzzi and a relaxation net (not a trampoline)
The terrace at the entrance of the house offers a BBQ fireplace with a picnic table, a laundry line and access to the garden.
