Outdoors and swimming pool
The villa has a nice garden with cypresses, olive trees, flowers and lemon plants in old terracotta vases. The lawn also has typical stone paving and beautiful sculptures made by Antonio Manzi. The swimming pool is in front of the portico and boasts a great view of the Tuscan hills and of San Gimignano. The pool is bean-shaped and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1-3m, making it great for swimmers. The bathing area has cotto paving and is complete with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, a round hydromassage (diameter of 2.5m, 1m deep) with cold water and a stonework barbecue for outdoor meals or parties. Villa la Fonte is elegant and well-kept, with precious cotto flooring and luxurious furniture which create enjoyable contrasts.
Access to the villa is via an outdoor staircase which leads to the first floor, with a spacious loggia and garden, which leads to the dining room and large living area with fireplace, satellite TV and direct outdoor access, a large and very well-kept kitchen, and one bathroom with shower.
The indoor staircase leads to the second floor with two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two French beds and air conditioning, one bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower and access to a balcony and to a large wardrobe, two bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have satellite TVs. An indoor staircase leads down to the lower floor, where guests will find a spacious living room with a large fireplace, satellite TV and a spacious dining area (with two small, high windows), a large, well-equipped kitchen (one small, high window), one bathroom with shower, a gym and a large washing room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
