Positive: The Villa is beautiful, and the location is fabulous, with picturesque views of the sea from the pool area. The villa was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to get you by for a holiday. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, but we felt there could have been a few improvements. This wouldn't stop us from staying here again, and a few minor improvements would make this a 10/10 accommodation all day long. Ferdinand greeted us on arrival with a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch and gave us some good local advice. It is difficult not to score this accommodation higher, but I prefer to be totally transparent to help achieve perfection, which this almost is.

Negative: There is no AC in the living area, making it very uncomfortable at times, especially in the evening. No toilet rolls provided. No access to cleaning equipment as this was locked away for the cleaning team, but it would have been useful to have access to some basics, such as clothes and a mop to keep on top of the cleaning. There were some tissues stuffed by the headboard, which I was reluctant to touch, cleaning team.should have picked this up when changing the bedding, surely? Pillows were a bit lame and could be better. Communication between the management team was slow. Advance notification should have been given when people were coming to the villa in respect of our privacy. Some of the handles on the sliding doors require maintenance as they were loose (living room and ground floor bedroom).
