Prices are for the entire house (10 people); the minimum number of guests will be charged even if there are fewer people. Minimum two-night stay.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. During Christmas, Holy Week, long weekends, and summer, both the price and the minimum number of nights may vary, with the minimum stay potentially ranging from 3 to 5 nights
The reservation deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance
No more people than the number specified in the reservation are permitted to enter the house or the property
Please ensure, during your stay, please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours between midnight and 8 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house; for security reasons, the property is equipped with video surveillance at the exterior entrances. The security deposit will be refunded within one week of your departure from the house

The house must be left tidy and in the same condition of cleanliness as when it was handed over

According to Red Cross guidelines, children have a different body temperature than adults and their tolerance is also different; therefore, they must be of the appropriate age. Some experts even recommend a MINIMUM AGE OF 12 YEARS and that children ALWAYS BE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.
