The villa has a large park with old trees and a private swimming pool, Wi-Fi, large and bright indoor spaces perfect for hosting large groups of people who want to maintain their own freedom and independence.

The villa boasts a 20000 sq. m. park, mostly in the English garden style, with large trees and a huge ancient magnolia. The pool is by the house, reachable via a short staircase. The pool is rectangular-shaped, 14 metres by 7 and 1.2-2.7 metres deep, perfect for children and adults alike. All around the pool is a paved bathing area, with tables, umbrellas, chairs and sunbeds. You will also find a small changing cubicle and an outdoor shower. The area in front of the house has tables, chairs and a portable barbecue perfect for outdoor meals. The villa has been owned by many noble families from Pisa and has been frequently restored, the last restoration dating back to the 1700s. The precious antique furniture and carpets will make you feel like you’ve gone back in time!
The villa is on three floors, upon entering you will find the ground floor with an armchair corner, a large living room with sofas and chairs, illuminated by the two large patio doors, a dining room and a large, bright kitchen complete with utensils. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, with a large hall with a piano and another living room from which you can reach the rooms: one large double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one single bedroom, one double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a closet room and a washing room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. The second floor has a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there is also a closed room.
