Summary: We booked the house in a very short notice due to a cancellation just 2 days before flying to the island. The location is superb, with a stunning view over the beach. House is very comfortable, with a big leaving room and nice bedrooms. Outside pool area was only for us and it was perfect for dining and relax. Real estate agency (Avalon Travel) service was superb as well, very responsive and efficient in answering all our requests. The owner was a very kind and nice lady too. The villa is located in a very nice position, perhaps a bit far (1-1.20 hours driving) from the most famous beach of Kefalonia but the surrounding beaches are lovely too. In summary, we highly recommend this house.
