The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished, and a third bedroom, accessible from the outside, with two single beds (joinable into a double) and a stone en-suite bathroom. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
