Elegant high-design villa for rentals of 1 to 11 months. It is located at the entrance to the quiet Levantina urbanization offering spectacular views over Sitges, the sea and the infinite sky. Just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Sitges and 15 minutes walk from the center of Sitges.
It has a modern design very well distributed over 2 spacious floors with a total of 410m2 of construction, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, private pool with sun loungers, large windows that give way to exceptional natural lighting, outdoor furniture where you can rest and enjoy a nice breeze and private parking.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with flat screen television, a dining room with capacity for 20 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bar table ideal for breakfast.
Through the sliding doors of the living room you can access an outdoor dining room, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors but sheltered from the sun, a well-equipped barbecue area, stairs that connect to the terrace, swimming pool with shallow area surrounded of sun loungers and furniture with umbrellas, perfect to enjoy with friends or family.
Going up the stairs we find 6 rooms decorated with excellent taste that have 14 beds distributed in total. 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
