Villa Teodora with its spectacular view is newly furnished, air-conditioned throughout the house, and located on a picturesque hillside in the quiet neighbourhood of Sabadeco.

The spacious layout of the villa makes it an ideal home in which to spend a holiday with family or friends. During the day you have a panoramic view of the island, Klein Bonaire, and the dazzling blue sea. In the evening you can sip a cocktail on the covered terrace and jump into your private magnesium pool which, unlike a chlorine pool, is easy on the eyes and skin. With lush landscaping, you will enjoy privacy and serenity.

The villa’s location and amenities make it perfect for divers. The house has a rinse tank and outdoor shower. Two of the most beloved dive sites, Andrea 1 and 2, are located a mere 4 minutes away by car. The spectacular dive site 1000 Steps is also nearby. This gorgeous villa is 8 minutes by car from the center of Kralendijk and its many wonderful restaurants and shops.

Villa Teodoro offers space for 8 adults plus two small children and several cars. There are 4 large bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom and air conditioner. Three bedrooms are on the pool level. The master bedroom on the pool level has a sofa which converts into a bed suitable for 2 young children. The bedroom with 2 twin beds can convert to a king bed via topper if requested. The upstairs master bedroom has its own private terrace, lounge chairs, and view of the pool and sea.

There is also a powder room on the pool level. For hot afternoons, the large family room and kitchen share 3 air conditioners. The villa has plenty of towels,bed linenand beach towels. Villa Teodoro comes with a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue should you choose to cook at home. For those who wish to stream a movie on the television, there is 40 MB ofWiFi. There is also a DVDplayerwith many popular DVD’s on hand. There is a pantry with a washing machine. The house also has a LaserJet printer, copier and scanner.

Summary: Villa Teodoro was perfect and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults (2 couples + 1 single person). We felt at home and safe in the private hills and basked in the views from the fabulous pool. The location was ideal for us to get everywhere we wanted such as Kralendijk center, the beaches (Andrea, 1,000 Steps, Karpata), and Rincon. Loved the outdoor area with the pool, grill, and ample seating, as well as the outdoor shower (though we suggest adding a privacy structure around it). Kitchen was well-equipped for us to prepare many meals. Four large bedrooms with their own full bathrooms gave us all enough space/privacy. Effective A/C units and fans in every room. House was clean upon arrival, and the cleaners came to tidy up once and another time to move the trash to the curb (though it would have been nice to know about this beforehand). Vera responded punctually before we arrived and while we were there, including to install a safe in a timely manner. Our main suggestion is that it would have been useful to provide a printed and/or electronic guidebook with policies and information on the residence in advance once the deposit is received and upon check-in (e.g., driving directions to the house, as we were efficiently met at the airport as we had been told, but the address didn’t work in either Google or Apple Maps). Other than that, we are beyond grateful for our stay--highly recommend!
