Located just five miles from downtown Lake Lure, this 1960s vintage home will become your favorite place to vacation. With a private dock in the backyard, this gorgeous home promises endless Lake Lure fun. This retreat also boasts a private boathouse, which offers a rooftop deck for sunning, dining, or just unwinding. The elevated observation deck is perfect for admiring stunning mountain views.
When you are ready to venture out, it's a short trip to Chimney Rock State Park. With several decks to choose from, you can sun in privacy, relax on the porch swing, gather around the firepit, and take in all the wonderful nature around you. The provided gas grill will be great for warm-weather barbecues. There are plenty of outdoor dining areas to enjoy delicious homemade meals and grilled treats alfresco.
Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need for whipping up your favorite meals - you can choose to dine indoors or alfresco. Just off the kitchen is an enclosed and beautifully furnished sunroom with a second gas log fireplace, which also overlooks the lake.
The second floor of this picturesque home offers a sunny living room with plenty of comfortable seating options, another gas fireplace, a smart TV, and access to a waterfront balcony.
