The back yard and lower deck are perfect for a BBQ, volley ball match, game of croquet, or just an area for the kids to run around. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and an upper deck for sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee. An upstairs reading room offers a relaxing spot if the weather is not perfect. There is a downstairs master suite with first floor laundry.
