Some of the best shopping and restaurants Minnesota has to offer are literally a stones throw away. Central to most everything, 10 min to Downtown, MOA and the airport.
This home has everything you need for your Edina/Minneapolis vacation. Need to work while on vacation? The private office with high speed internet is perfect for working remotely.
In addition to the office, the main floor of this beautiful modern house has a full kitchen stocked with all kitchen utensils , Ninja coffee maker (one-cup Keurig cartridge compatible or brew a full pot), toaster, waffle iron, cookware, grilling utensils and so much more. The dining table seats 8 and there are two seats at the island breakfast bar.
Just off the open-plan kitchen/dining area is the living room with sofa, loveseat, arm chair and smart flat screen TV equipped with most streaming apps.
The main floor master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet with tons of storage. You can also get your workout in on the Peloton bike available solely for guest use!
The wide staircase is rare in Minneapolis homes and will lead you to the updated basement living area. The living area has a games table, sleeper sofa, armchairs, flat screen smart TV equiped with most streaming apps.
The basement level has the other two bedrooms. The first one with a queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom has a king bed, two chairs, a dresser for storage and two closets. There is so much space!
