Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Great communication before and during our stay. Easy check in via the numbered safe. (we initially went to the wrong hotel, but once we realised, it was super smooth!) The rooms were clean and warm and the shower was great. Would consider staying here again on route to the Puttgarden ferry.
Negative: The mattresses were quite hard. We all usually like firm mattresses, but these ones are particularly unforgiving! However, we'd still consider staying again. Also, there's no kettle in the rooms (and no access to hot water that we could find) so we simply bought a kettle for 20€ nearby at the Rewe supermarket :)
