This three bedroom and two bathroom home is centrally located in Studio City with comfortable living spaces and a lovely private backyard complete with pool and spa. If you'd like to explore the neighborhood, Ventura Blvd is within walking distance offering diverse restaurants, pubs and shops. Universal Studios and Harry Potter World, Griffith Park, Pasadena (Rose Bowl & Parade), Santa Monica, Staples Center, Dodger Stadium and Hollywood are all within short drives. In just about 45 minutes you can play at Disneyland and California Adventure.
