THE BEACH:
We are across from a quiet sandy paddling beach, safe for small children. At low-tide you can walk to the Clifton Springs Golf Club for a meal and stop at the Dell and check out the springs and history (30 minute walk one way) It is also a great place to forage for sea glass and shells. You can even see the Melbourne skyline!
THE SPACE:
3 Bed Room Family Home
*Light and bright L shape lounge room with floor to ceiling double glazed window and breakfast nook to seat 4 that has a double-glazed sliding door to the front all with spectacular views across Corio bay to Geelong, Avalon and the You Yangs.
*A compact but functional kitchen including pots, pans and cookware. A wall oven, microwave, Miele 2 burner electric stove-top with adequate bench space and a dining area that can seat 12.

*Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed
*Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed and an Ensuite - (WIR lock for owners use. Clothes rack is provided)
*Bedroom 3 – Bunk with Double bed on bottom, single on top and a separate single bed trundle set up. Sleeps 4.
*Bathroom with shower and a bath.
*Separate toilet.
*Games and puzzle cupboard full of all the favourites
*DVD Player with many dvd's
*VCR Player with VHS tapes of old music, doco's movies or bring your old home movies to watch with your family!
*Coffee Machine
*Spilt System Air Conditioning - serviced 13/4/19

*Washing Machine, dryer and clothesline
*Bamboo flooring in the living/dining areas
*Outside, in the bench seat there is an array of beach toys to entertain the kids!
* I spent many weekends and summers here as a child and loved every minute! You can gaze out at the You Yangs, watch the storms across the bay, look out at the boats on a crystal clear day where the water shines like diamonds. There are so many things to do here or you can just relax
