Direct oceanfront condo on a no drive beach! The Shores Club is one of the few condos in the area that has direct beach access via stairs and a beach ramp post the hurricanes in 2022. The pool and pool decking are in proper working order. Enhanced cleaning guidelines based on CDC recommendations and contactless check in and check out help ensure your safety during your stay. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast from the floor to ceiling windows in the light and airy living area and the spacious master suite. Relax on the balcony, listening to the waves crash and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Walk the sandy beach and see surfers and dolphins riding the waves. You can enjoy the view without cars in the way and your kids can play safely without the vehicle traffic on the beach. Amazing coastal wildlife everywhere! After a sun filled day enjoy an amazing meal at one of the many local restaurants serving fresh seafood along with live music.
This entire 1251 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor is yours to enjoy during your stay. Excellent 4th floor location provides a fantastic view of the ocean. Brand new TVs throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new luxury mattress that you will melt into. A large wall mounted TV will allow you to unwind while laying in bed. There is a separate lighted dressing area which allows additional space to get ready for your day. The massive walk-in closet gives you ample space to store your things during your stay. There are also two luggage racks to make sure your suitcases are within arms reach. The master bath has a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has two double beds that will comfortably sleep 4 adults. Youl’ll enjoy the newer mattresses that will assure a good nights rest. There is a wall mounted TV for all your entertainment needs. The walk in closet will give additional space for all of your belongings. There are additional luggage racks located in this closet. The second bathroom has a full shower. There are extra linens, pillows and blankets available to use should you need them. Plenty of towels for bath and beach are also available. There is a full kitchen with new appliances. You will have everything needed to cook and serve meals. There is a dining table that will seat 6 along with a bar counter with 2 barstools. The spacious and comfortable living area has enough seating for the whole family. Two matching recliners allow you a chance to stretch out and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of indoors. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a dehumidifier included in this unit to keep the environment comfortable throughout your stay. We have also included an air purifier within this unit to assure the highest air quality possible. Private washer and dryer are included with this unit. There are beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs in the laundry room to make a day at the beach enjoyable. You will also find a cooler in the laundry area. The balcony offers breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 4 chairs provide comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore. The rear balcony has seating to enjoy expansive views of the inter-coastal waterway. You can also comfortably watch the kids play on the sport’s courts from this balcony. The oceanfront pool is heated and can be enjoyed even on a cool day in the Winter. A sauna is located on the first level of the building along with a game room and movie/book library. A gym and community room are also located oceanfront on the first floor of the building. There is one reserved underground garage parking spot (406) for you to use during your stay . The underground parking clearance is 6’2”. Additional free parking is also available on site as available. Summary: While the condo itself was very clean, we walked into a horrible stench. We had to constantly keep something going to freshen the air. The dehumidifier had to be emptied at least once a day even with all the doors closed. The location was amazing, but the county was revitalizing the beach area during our stay, and there was a constant stream of dump trucks the whole week beginning at 8:00 in the morning. The tennis and basketball courts were also under repair for 6 of the 8 days we were there. These final two issues were out of the control of the owner, but the planning schedule for the beach and the tennis/basketball courts was not shared with us for our planning. I would recommend this location overall.
