Charming and elegant Gironde, conducive to relaxation, with friends or family, in the heart of the vineyards, close to the golf course of the great Saint-Emilionnais. Located between Bordeaux and Bergerac, you can enjoy all the activities offered by our region and its many assets, in particular the proximity to the medieval village of Saint-Emilion (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
This house, completely renovated, has an open dining area with a large island for 12 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster... with all the necessary crockery for 12 people. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, with a television and WIFI access. Upstairs, the master suite has its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have a large bathroom available with shower and bathtub. For golf lovers, that of the greater Saint-Emilionnais is 3 minutes away. 10 minutes away, you can enjoy the magnificent medieval village of Saint-Emilion.
