Welcome to our Cozy Corner here in Coldspring. This amazing renovated building was originally an open concept print shop turned into a cozy cottage feel barndominium. Not only is this a private and gated location; the entire space is ALL under cover. Located 1 mile from town (shopping and food) and 7 minutes from Wolf Creek Park on Lake Livingston. Our location offers plenty of covered parking even for your truck and boat after a day on the lake. You'll love this beautiful corner location!! We have a huge deck on the back of the building with total privacy for all your family fun and gatherings. If you've never been to Coldspring you should definitely add time to look around town at all the quaint shops on the square as well as the Historic old jail location. Love to hike? We are 10 minutes from The Lone Star Hiking Trail. We feel confident that it'll only take one visit to our little town to have you'll be hooked. We look forward to your Visit!!
