Positive: View was nice. Clean pod. Everything inside pretty much new.

Negative: When we arrived their was no signs to indicate the location of the pods. Fortunately we found a member of staff from the B&b behind the pods who showed us the location of the pods. He then rang the owner of the pods who then told him which pod we was staying in as the pods aren’t named. Shortly after arrival we noticed the the hot tub wasn’t filled which was disappointing as we assumed it would be, which we then had to message/ring the owner a few times to ask for them to fill it up! Was filled much later than we expected too! Kitchen bin far too small for rubbish, no extra bags were provided. Luckily we had our own. We noticed the bins outside in car park was also full. Hoover was left full of dog hair. And hadn’t been emptied. We feel The pod would be too small for a small family and even pets also. Lack of communication was very poor. States the owners are on site at all times, didn’t hear or see from them until we asked for hot tub to be filled. Shouldn’t have to ask for hot tub to be filled if we’ve paid all that money. The check in was also very poor, key wasn’t in key safe as told. Value for money isn’t worth what we paid at all. (£443 for 2 nights)
