Positive: Unfortunately, my experience with this room was very negative. First of all, the reservation was made for a different room than the one we were eventually given. After confirming the booking, the owner contacted me to inform me that the originally reserved room was not available due to a double booking, which is clearly unprofessional and very inconvenient for the guest. The television offered channels with very poor image quality, likely due to coverage issues, making it practically unusable. The towels did not meet the minimum standard expected in a rental accommodation: they were of different colors and materials, with no uniformity, giving the impression that they had been collected from different places and without proper care. The kitchen was very poor, equipped only with a gas stove in bad condition. In addition, there were no bed sheets on the beds; only blankets were provided, which appeared to have been previously used by other guests. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. There were also not enough pillows for the number of guests staying. Finally, the overall level of hygiene was very low, which significantly affected our stay. I would not recommend this accommodation until major improvements are made in organization, cleanliness, and equipment. All that said, I have to make it clear that the treatment we received from Omar was excellent throughout our stay.
