Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. No question was too much for them to answer. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus for us and were able to leave our bags on our final day. The room was just perfect. It made such a difference to our stay to have a small kitchen. We sunk into the bed and felt so cosy with beautiful duvet. The architecture was stunning and availability to restaurants was perfect.

Negative: Nothing really however, once the restaurant is up and running I think this will be a great option for when you arrive back to the hotel late and you dont have the energy to go out again! Especially, in the winter months.
