Positive: The friendly welcome from the hosts, along with their friendliness at breakfast time. The excellent breakfast. The fact that I could park in the property parking areas (so off-road).

Negative: Room could have been bigger but was fine for my stay of two nights.

Summary: Excellent guest house in an ideal location, and with very welcoming and friendly hosts.
