Our property is clean, safe, quiet, and well maintained. It is located in Sabal Woods development near Publix, Target, Home Depot, and Lowes, along with a variety of great restaurants, gyms, and spas. In addition, the Wekiva Springs Wildlife State Park and a 7Eleven are just around the corner.

This incredibly beautiful house comes with a lighted newly resurfaced pool and screened back sitting porch. The yard has palm trees, ilex cassine, southern magnolia, fire bush, and Sweetbay magnolia trees, and other magnificent shrubberies around the front. Plus, the backyard is private with a high post secure fence around it entirely.

You'll love watching the sunrise from the master bedroom window and watching it set from over the roof in the evening as you sit by the pool. The pool is not heated. The home boasts open feeling rooms for you to unwind and think peaceful thoughts. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, two in the family room/library, and two on the back sun porch. The front entrance opens to a marble flooring in the foyer that leads to the kitchen and family room. The living, dining, and bedrooms are all outfitted with plush carpeting that will have your feet feeling nice and cozy.
