Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to organise our Zhangjiajie adventures. They offered great suggestions, booked tickets for us, and even secured a local discount by booking through them — which made everything stress-free and seamless. After long days in the National Park, their help with ordering food and organising laundry was truly appreciated. The hotel and room are beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. We loved our room — the large, comfortable bed, the futuristic fireplace that doubles as a humidifier, and the spacious bathtub (a rare win, as I’m almost 2 m tall and actually fit comfortably!). One standout design feature was the three arches in the room, perfectly framing the surrounding mountains in an artistic way. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the design, and it really shows — well done 👌😃 The hotel pickup and drop-off service was also top-notch. The car and driver were of the highest standard and very friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard but generous and satisfying, and the kitchen lady was lovely, offering us plenty of options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.
