The building is brand new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home.

3) 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed.
4) Complete kitchenware and utensils provided.
NOTE: We have three adjacent 1 BR units at Red Residences for families and friends who want to stay together. They all fully furnished and beautifully decorated units. Red Residences in Makati is the gateway to the rest of Metro Manila. Acting as the entry point from both NAIA and SLEX. It is the first stop for tourists, business travelers, and everyone in between.

Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge.
The lobby is also available for entertaining guests.
The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies.
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.
