Located within walking distance to downtown Asheville, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, Grove Arcade, restaurants and coffee shops. It's located on a quiet street with off street parking. Stroll around beautiful historic Montford or access the Greenway for a walk or run. Landscaped front and back yards with a private enclosed courtyard where you can eat and lounge. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and one full bath with a walk in shower. Also a sun room with a futon bed and a writing desk and chair which can be used for writing, relaxing or exercising. The house is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Kitchen has updated appliances with a sunny breakfast nook. Living room has a gas stove for warmth and ambiance.
Along with WiFi, there is are Smart TV's that let you access Netflix and Sling TV for free as well as some local channels and a dvd player. Amazon Prime is available with membership.
