Penthouse 3901 has luxury furnishings, three double beds in the first three bedrooms and king size bed in the master bedroom, internal bathroom in each room giving total comfort to its guests.
Being located on the 39th floor and its neighbor is the penthouse 3902, gives total privacy in the highest part of the building and allows large groups of family or friends to rent the two rooms and accommodate groups of up to 12 people.
Also being on the 39th floor has an amazing view of the whole city.
The Palmetto building has an excellent swimming pool, Turkish bath and gym for your total enjoyment while you are one of our exclusive guests.
The pool has spa and restaurant (small) offering room service. Restaurant service at the pool! (breakfast and lunch)
I tend to deliver the apartments personally and receive them, as well as giving a good accompaniment on the management of the city, aspects of interest, recommendations and prices in general.
