Positive: Good, basic apartment suite, about US$3.50 by Uber from bus station, 20 minutes walking or less to beaches and supermarkets. Area seems safe, key access to property and to own room (keys supplied from external locked keybox, code sent in advance). Good communication by booking.com messages and WhatsApp, all relevant instructions provided. Very clean. Quiet. Payment by booking.com. Excellent wifi/internet/network in room. Room consists of double bed, bedside unit and lamp, shelves for storage, air-conditioning & ceiling fan. Beach 'furniture ' provided (chairs, parasol, cool box, towels). Basic kitchen, fridge (no freezer), 2 ring gas hob, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery for 2, 2 frying pans, cutting board. Small table and 2 chairs. Storage cupboard for food. Bin. Decent sized bathroom, hot electric shower. Roof top terrace with seating.

Negative: No visible signs of recycling. Ceiling fan didn't work without light being on, so not available while sleeping. Nowhere to wash or dry clothes. Lighting could be better. No towel rails. Shower often started dripping for no reason. Fridge leaked water onto floor when we arrived. Kitchen needs separate pan for rice/pasta etc and sieve. No drinking water except for 2 small bottles. Needs a broom. No 24 hour reception nor tour desk as advertised on booking.com.
