The comfortable 150m² holiday flat with a beautiful view of the Giant Mountains is part of a completely renovated farmhouse and can accommodate 8-10 people.
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a kitchen and a spacious living room with sofa area guarantee a unique holiday atmosphere.
The living room has a satellite TV and a DVD player. The bedrooms each have a double bed (three 1.80 m x 2.00 m and one 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and are cosily furnished.
The fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to cater for yourself.
In the garden there is a large covered terrace in the shade of the walnut trees with a barbecue and fire pit, including high-quality teak garden furniture; firewood is provided.
The distance to the next larger town - Jelenia Góra (Hirschberg) - is approx. three kilometres. There you will find a number of places to go out, such as restaurants, bars, shopping centres, theatres, a multiplex cinema and a charming, historic old town.
The main attractions are of course the Giant Mountains and the Hirschberg Valley - known as the Valley of Castles and Gardens. Nature, forests and tranquillity guarantee a relaxing holiday.
The holiday flat is the only rental property on the estate, so all additional facilities are only available to the guests of this flat. The landlords, who live in the same building, are native speakers of both German and French. Native speakers and are happy to help with holiday planning.

Place description : Jeżów Sudecki (German: Grunau) is a village and seat of the rural municipality of the same name in the Jeleniogórski powiat of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland. It is located three kilometres north of the town of Jelenia Góra (Hirschberg). Jeżów Sudecki was originally a place of gold and silver miners, but ore mining ceased after the Thirty Years' War. It was replaced by crafts and handicrafts, weaving and agriculture. The town became famous above all for the Grunau gliding school founded in 1921, after which the Grunau Baby is named. Today, the village lives mainly from tourism. The rural commune of Jeżów Sudecki has an area of 94.38 km² and a population of 6,700. The commune includes the eight school districts of Czernica (Langenau), Chrośnica (Ludwigsdorf), Dziwiszów (Berbisdorf), Janówek (Johnsdorf), Jeżów Sudecki (Grunau), Płoszczyna (Flachenseiffen), Siedlęcin (Boberröhrsdorf) and Wrzeszczyn (Boberullersdorf). The Bober flows through the municipality, which is dammed in the Bobertalsperre reservoir in the north-west of the municipality.
