The space
There are 2 bedrooms.
The primary room (longhorn room) has a queen bed and is located downstairs with a tub and stand-up shower. There is a 55 -inch TV Large walk-in closet with shelving for shoes.
The second bedroom (Houston sports room) is located upstairs where the main common areas of the house are as well. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. There is also a desk for those who need a working area. There is a printer for your convenience.
There is a half bathroom located in the hall adjacent to the dining room area upstairs.
The living room has a 65-inch TV with a soundbar and subwoofer for your entertainment needs. Regular TV included or login to your favorite TV apps. There are also family games, including Loteria (Mexican bingo) for your entertainment.
The garage has a 55-inch TV mounted on the wall for your entertainment. You can get the grill from the side of the house as well. We just ask that you are respectful of the residents and do not disturb them. There are lawn chairs in the garage if you choose to hang out outside.
Guest access
The entire home will be available except for the second bedroom closet. We do provide a clothes rack in the second bedroom for your convenience.

Please note this property only allows for 2 car parking inside the garage only. You are not allowed to park parallel to the garage on the shared driveway or be subject to a $150 fee.
