Positive: An excellent option for comfortable living, whether for a short or long stay. First of all, I would like to thank the hostess for her responsiveness and willingness to help at any time. It was very pleasant and easy to communicate with her. She responded quickly to all questions. As for the accommodation: the house is old but has been recently renovated and looks nice and fresh. Most importantly, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a modern stove and oven for cooking, all necessary dishes, a microwave, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle. The hostess even provided a set of spices, which was such a thoughtful touch. Laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies were also available. There is also an iron and a portable ironing board. The living room features a large TV with Netflix and other channels, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with a thermostat, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference. The bathroom features a modern shower with new plumbing. There was shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The conditioner didnโ€™t quite suit my hair type, but I appreciated the care for the guests. The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed with a warm blanket and soft pillows. We only used one room, but the house has two bedrooms with lockable doors and a large pull-out sofa in the living room. This makes it a great option for a big family of up to five people. Regarding the location: itโ€™s a 6-7 minute walk to the 39 Avenue C-train station, which takes you to downtown in about 10 minutes, as well as a bus stop. Or it's only one stop from the Chinook Shopping Mall. If you enjoy walking like we do, itโ€™s a 15-20 minute stroll to downtown and the famous 17 Avenue, which has many cafes, restaurants, and shops. So, I highly recommend this accomodation.
