Back deck overlooks the protected bird rookery with views of the Harbor River. This beachy Condo is well furnished with updated bedding and a table set for 6 and 2 bar stools ready for family fun. Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 medium housebroken pets under 50 pounds. Sorry, no cats. The Beach and Racquet Club is a short walk away. Beautiful 2 1/2 mile stretch of pristine beach walk is within walking distance with access across the street.
