Positive: Great location. The drive to the beach was about .5 miles and good food close by for morning and late afternoon. Parking for 2 cars.
Negative: For the price, a bit of maintenance and upgrading towels and linens should be done. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall. There were a lot of ants. The upstairs needs to be painted, windows need to be cleaned. The AC is noted to have to be manually drained which is just too much as a guest.
Summary: Comfortable for 2-3 people, convenient and peaceful.
