The SPA pool is available from 08:30 AM -12:00 PM and 02:00 PM -10:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex and are not allowed to use the jet showers and Floating equipment.
The sauna is available from 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM . Children under 95 cm are not allowed to use sauna. Children between 95 cm to 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex.
The club's daily intermission maintenance period: 12:00~14:00, the first Wednesday of each month is the maintenance day of the water area. In case of consecutive holidays, it will be postponed for one week; the water area is temporarily closed during the maintenance period. Please refer to the official website for the announcement Mainly, other facilities are in normal use.
■ Lakeshore Hotel Sustainability Initiative. We will no longer provide disposable toiletries or skincare items.
■ To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of TWD 6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.
■ To provide a safer and more comfortable environment for our guests, maintenance work will be carried out at the Swoosh Planet of Color Planet from June 16 to June 25, 2025. During this period, certain areas will be temporarily closed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
■ On September 1 to September 5, 2025, time period from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM, the water area will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance work. Other facilities will remain operational as usual.
