The Carib House is an airy luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, it is perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference. This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions forpersons with spacious living and entertaining areas.
Pricing is based on a minimum group of 4 people, with additional rate per night for each person added up to a maximum of 10 persons. Your group will have exclusive access to the villa, no sharing!
Consider booking The Carib House for special events such as graduation celebrations or family reunions. The Carib House is available for rent for all of the annual calendar events in Antigua such as Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht and Sailing Week Regattas.
Comprising a total of five generous double bedrooms, all screened and with ceiling fans and Ac, our luxury villa can be rented as a whole, or as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom villa. Included in the rate are airport transfers, daily maid service and all government taxes.

The main house has three bedrooms on the same level as the kitchen and living areas, right alongside the large pool and terrace areas, with amazing views over Turtle Beach to the Caribbean Sea towards Guadeloupe, and back across Falmouth Harbour to the villages of English Harbour and Falmouth.
Above the house overlooking the pool is a guest cottage with ensuite, and below the main verandah is the garden apartment, with bathroom and kitchenette looking over the tropical lush gardens through which a network of paths lead you to the beach, pond and grounds.
Turtle Beach is a lovely secluded reef beach with a rock pool, great snorkelling and the best beach combing potential. Catch a sunset and views of Montserrat!
Also in the area is world famous Rendezvous Beach - aminute hike for the adenturous, or a 15 minute 4wd through the national park. Springhill Riding Stables are also closeby with trail rides in the local area to help you explore it further.
Car recommended, Turtle Bay is on a peninsula about 5 minutues drive from the main road, where you can relax in the peace, but only be a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the harbour villages. Over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, or we can help you select a chef who can look after you in the comfort of your own home away from home.
Lou & Jonny act as your concierge, and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for your holiday, Nothing is too much to ask for! Please let us know if you need assistance with booking rental cars, provisioning before your arrival, tell us how you would like your bedroom set ups, any special arrangements during your stay like a chef or drop off meals. We do provide a driver to collect you from the airport so we will need your flight arrival and departure details.
The whole villa is yours! Even if you book with a few people all the rooms are for your group, we do not have more than one group in at a time.
In the immediate area there is horse riding and hiking, water sports and tennis and squash nearby, with golf and kite surfing all within 30 minutes easy access. Restaurants abound within 10 minutes and there are 365 beaches to choose from. Local activities such as swimming with stingrays, zip lining, buggy ride tours and boat cruises easily organised
Lou will meet you at the villa to show you around and then on a daily basis be there to answer questions as she drops the maid and takes the rubbish away. Always just a phone call away
The views out to sea are breathless, the sheer amount of places to chill and relax while with your family and friends sumptuous, the location a little remote to make it enviable, the best guides at your beck and call make it a holiday to remember
A car is recommended as there are so many places to go and see whilst here in Antigua. 4wd a must if you want to get to locations such as Rendezvous Beach however we can always find you a taxi/driver if you prefer that way. Turtle Bay does not have any public transport but there are buses that run to and from St Johns to English Harbour at the end of the road a 2 mile stroll away
Three bedrooms are in the main house with the master having its own ensuite while the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom. Other bedrooms are in the garden apartment and the guest cottage.
While we have plenty of beds we have a maximum of 10 persons allowed (with babies being extra being Ok!). We will contact you to verify the bed sets ups after you reserve. If we offer a King size bed, you will get a full size king mattress, or we can split the bed with single mattresses. A crew of 10 needing separate beds can be accommodated with ease.
Over 4000 sq foot of space is devoted to the living areas of the house - with a huge open plan gourmet kitchen overlooking the games and entertainment area, spilling out onto the wide verandah where there are plenty of dining and lounging places. The gazebo at the far end of the pool adds more options, with plenty of sunloungers, cushions and hammocks

Must climb stairs - there is a wide stairway to the entrance of the house. Once inside the main house is all on one level except for 5 steps down into master bedroom.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500
