Close to the old Nice and from the main amenities : shopping, supermarket, restaurants, bus, tramway, main station SNCF, casinos : Palais de la Mรฉditerranรฉe and Ruhl. Ideally situated with the beach and the Mediterranean sea as your front yard, with plenty of Beach Bars and Restaurants just across the road and the tourist office just 1 min away. Niceโs Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 5 minutes stroll away.
The local bus route is close by and the airport express bus passes right by your doorstep. The train station is approx a 15 minutes walk away and Port and Castle Hill will take about 10 minutes on foot.
