Positive: This property is the perfect combination of old home charm with all of the modern updates and conveniences you could want. Comfortable spaces both indoors and outdoors with amenities for everyone. Small cozy spaces inside for quiet conversations or to get work done, and a greatroom with a pool table, TV sitting area with electric fireplace, coffee bar, poker table and plenty of space for a group to congregate. There's an outdoor hot tub under a gazebo, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table under a lighted pergola. And did I mention a pizza oven? The foundation gardens were beautiful, and the roses were in bloom when we were there. Absolutely charming place.
